Bio

Raúl Rodríguez Rubio received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in telecommunication engineering from the University of Vigo, Spain, in 1991 and 2000, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor within the Department of Telematics Engineering, University of Vigo, where he is also an affiliated member of the colocated Networking Laboratory. His research interests include quality of service in Internet, performance analysis of computer networks, and cyber security. He has authored [over 20 papers in peer-reviewed international conferences and journals], some of them with a high impact factor (Q1 and Q2 quartiles) in the “WOS-Journal Citation Report”.
